A documentary of the life & history of a Catholic Nun with a piano training lineage that goes back directly to Beethoven. A classically trained Professor of Music at Brandon University, a piano teacher, and the last nun of a quiet order of Nuns that have roots in Brandon  since the 1880's. Sister Joan Miller has lived interesting life lived in complete happiness & contentment. 


Explore Brandon Manitoba's only roastery. Forbidden Flavours Roastery, owned by Ryan Jacobson.  Here he & manager Bev  McKenzie explain how their coffee beans are roasted as well as the the beginnings of the the famously popular home grown coffee shop.
